Cut the pepper into very small pieces.

Ris the rosemary needles of 2 twigs and finely chop them.

Disconnect the mince in a bowl.

Squeeze out the garlic cloves.

Add the finely chopped rosemary, paprika pieces, paprika powder, cinnamon and couscous with some salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Knead everything well until the mince becomes sticky.

Divide the minced meat into equal portions (1.5 per person) and form into sausages of 8-10 cm long.

Place a sprig of rosemary on each sausage, leave the top 1 cm above the sausage and on the other side the stalk.

Press the twig lengthwise into the minced meat and form the sausage around the twig.

Place the skewers on a plate and let them rest 30 minutes in a cool place covered.

Brush the meat skewers around with olive oil and roast them in a warm grill pan in 10-15 minutes around brown and cooked.
