Directions

  1. Evening in advance: Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Heat the butter in a small frying pan and fry the chicken strips all the way around light brown. Sprinkle the curry powder over it and bake for another 2-3 minutes until the strips are cooked. Scoop the cubes of baking banana through and fry for another 2 minutes.
  2. Put the chicken mixture in a bowl and allow to cool. Add the finely chopped chives, yogurt, mayonnaise and some salt and mix everything into a tasty salad.
  3. Before leaving: Put the leaves of lettuce in the middle of the gran piada and scoop the chicken salad. Fold the piada double and stick with cocktail sticks. Put the roti with chicken salad in the lunchbox and close well. Cut the watermelon into cubes and put it in the small container.
