Royal salmon burgers from chef with guts
Homemade salmon burgers from fresh salmon, smoked salmon, chives and panko on a roll with avocado, onion, cucumber and spicy mayo.

Cut the fresh salmon and the smoked salmon coarsely. Turn the salmon into a blender or food processor and put the ground fish in a bowl.

Cut the chives fine and put them in the salmon. Add and knead everything well.

Put the bowl in the refrigerator while you make the spicy mayo and the garnish. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl into a nice sauce and put it in the fridge until use.

Peel the avocados, remove the seeds and cut the avocados into slices.

Cut the red onions into moons and the cucumber into slices. Remove the salmon mixture from the refrigerator and form four burgers.
