  1. Cut the fresh salmon and the smoked salmon coarsely. Turn the salmon into a blender or food processor and put the ground fish in a bowl.
  2. Cut the chives fine and put them in the salmon. Add and knead everything well.
  3. Put the bowl in the refrigerator while you make the spicy mayo and the garnish. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
