With fried mustard and fried spinach
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork chops, smooth mustard, coarsely ground black pepper, butter, dried tarragon, crème fraîche, ready-to-cook spinach and red onion (in wafer-thin rings).

Pour chops with salt, smear the meat on both sides with mustard and sprinkle with pepper.

Pour chops into 2 tbsp butter on both sides and fry until golden brown and done in 15 min.

In bowl mix with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

Melt the rest of the butter in spinaps and let spinach shrink in 8 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Drain the spinach into a sieve, spread it over four plates and place onion rings on it.

Place chops next to it and create some crème fraîche on it.

Tasty with boiled potatoes..
