Salad of bok choy and rettich


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: Shanghai paksoi, rettich (8 cm), sweet bites (orange mini peppers), voice ginger, ginger syrup (from gingerbread jar), lemon juice, stir-fry oil and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Directions

  1. Wash Shanghai paksoi and dry.
  2. Cut leaves from stalks.
  3. Cut stalks into thin slices.
  4. Peel the radish and cut into tiny pieces.
  5. Clean sweet bites and cut into thin slices in length.
  6. Chop minced ginger.
  7. In bowl dressing beat with ginger syrup, lemon juice, stir-fry oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Place slices of pak choi, radish, sweet bite and ginger through them.
  9. Preferably leave about 15 minutes.
  10. Arrange packet leaves on 4 plates.
  11. Make salad in the middle..
