Directions

  1. Scrape or cut the cucumber and radish into thin slices.
  2. Mix the tarragon vinegar with olive oil and chives and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the mackerel into nice flat pieces. Cut rounds from the toasted bread.
  4. Make small stacks of bread rolls, cucumber, pieces of fish and radish on four plates. Drip some dressing over and sprinkle with some dill and pepper. Serve immediately.
