Stuffed Artichokes


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, onion (coarsely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), olive oil, thyme (leaved leaves), black olives without pit (coarsely chopped), dry white wine, old white bread (crumbled), lemon, anchovy fillets (minced ), parsley (finely chopped) and artichokes.

Directions

  1. Sow onion and garlic in 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Prepare thyme, olives and wine.
  3. Add salt and pepper and smother for another 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  5. Bread crumble in dry frying pan until golden brown.
  6. Clean lemon bulbs, peel off grated and press fruit.
  7. Mix breadcrumbs with lemon zest, anchovies, parsley and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix lemon juice with 250 ml of water.
  9. Discard all the firm leaves of artichokes until the light green heart becomes visible.
  10. Cut off the stalk at 2 cm and peel.
  11. Top right off.
  12. Artichoke heart in lemon water dipping (against discoloration).
  13. Remove 'hay' from the center and place artichoke hearts into lemon water until used.
