Spaghettini with shrimps and pepper
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon (scrubbed), olive oil, garlic (in slices), red pepper (thin rings), jumbo shrimp, spaghettini (pasta) and coriander (coarsely cut).

Grate the skin thinly from the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of garlic golden in the oil. Fry the red pepper for 1 min. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the shrimps and grated lemon zest.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid into a bowl. Drain the spaghetti and put the pasta back in the pan.

Spoon the shrimp mixture with the coriander through the pasta. Season with salt and lemon juice and let the pasta warm up in 1 min. If the dish is slightly too dry, add some of the cooking liquor kept apart. Divide the dish over 4 deep warm plates.
