Green soup with broccoli, zucchini and red onion.

Ingredients
Directions

Chop the onion, finely chop the zucchini and the broccoli into florets.

Heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Fry the zucchini for 5 minutes.

Add the broccoli, water and bouillon tablet. Cook for 4 minutes.

Puree with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
