Directions

  1. Chop the onion, finely chop the zucchini and the broccoli into florets.
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Fry the zucchini for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli, water and bouillon tablet. Cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Puree with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
