Crayfish cocktail


Appetizer of lime, mayonnaise, yogurt, wasabi, crayfish, cucumber, avocado, watercress and sesame seeds.

Directions

  1. Clean the lime, grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze the fruit.
  2. Put the mayonnaise, yogurt, wasabi and 1 tbsp lime juice per 4 persons in a bowl and mix into an even dressing.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the crayfish with the lime zest. Scrape the cucumber into slices. Peel the avocado and scrape with a peeler ribbons of the flesh.
  5. Drizzle with 1 tbsp lime juice per 4 people. Cut the watercress coarse, mix with the cucumber and ¾ of the crayfish. Distribute over the whiskey glasses.
  6. Divide the avocado tapes over it, sprinkle with the dressing and garnish with the rest of the crayfish. Sprinkle with the sesame seed.
