Schiaffoni with minced meat
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, schiaffoni (minicanneloni, pasta), minced (half-to-half), shallot (finely chopped), fresh ginger (finely chopped), fresh sage (finely chopped a few leaves), flour and pizza cheese.

Cook the schiaffoni according to the instructions on the package. Drain them, pour a little cold water on them.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste during baking. Stir in the shallot, ginger and sage and fry for another 2 minutes. Stir in the flour through the minced meat and fruit for 1 min. Stir 2 tbsp water through the minced meat and bring it to a boil. Allow the minced meat to cool slightly.

Fill the schiaffoni with the minced meat and place them upright in the oven dishes. Sprinkle the cheese over it. Cover the dishes lightly with aluminum foil and store them in the refrigerator until use.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Place the dishes on the rack in the middle of the oven and let the dish warm up in about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle the sage leaves over it.
