Spinach soup from the wok
Also try this delicious spinach soup from the wok
Heat the olive oil in a stir-fry stir-fry with the spinach with garlic 2-3 minutes until the spinach has shrunk.
Pour in the stock, heat and puree the soup.
Puree the avocados, except for a few slices for the garnish, with lemon juice and cream.
Add this mixture to the soup and heat without boiling.
Serve the soup with the rest of the avocado and red pepper.
