Fried oyster mushroom with nut pâté
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon, cherry tomatoes, walnut pâté, oyster mushrooms (box of 150 g), (olive) oil, salt, freshly ground pepper and basil.

Fry slices of bacon in a dry frying pan in approx. 2 to 3 minutes until crispy and brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Break slices of bacon into large pieces. To wash and halve. Pâté in 4 cubes. Clean oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper and remove stalks.

Preheat the pan (or frying pan with non-stick coating) well. Spread oyster mushrooms on both sides with oil and roast on grilling pan for about 2 minutes (or bake in a brown frying pan over high heat, halfway through turning). Place oyster mushrooms on four plates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put pieces of pâté on them and distribute pieces of bacon. Garnish with wedges of tomato and basil.
