Salad of grilled vegetables with mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: (olive) oil and fresh chive pesto (tray).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Cut the zucchini into slices of about 1 cm, the peppers into pieces of about 3 cm and the onion in rings.

Drizzle the vegetables with the oil sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put the griddle under the hot grill and roast the vegetables in 6-8 minutes nicely browned and al dente. Spoon halfway.

Repeat with the remaining vegetables.

Drain the mozzarella on kitchen paper and cut into cubes.

Transfer the grilled vegetables to a bowl and pour in the chives pesto and mozzarella. Serve lukewarm or cold.
