Salad with seafood biscuits
Try this salad with potato and seafood biscuits.

Ingredients
- 1 (sweet potato
- 500 gram mixed seafood thawed, fresh, frozen
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Red onion
- 2 clove garlic shredded
- 1 teaspoon ginger root peeled, grated
- 1 egg beaten
- Bunch coriander finely chopped
- 1 mespoint chilli pepper flakes
- 1 mespoint chili powder
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 75 gram mixed salad
- 2 tablespoon Dressing optionally

Directions

Boil the potato in about 10 minutes just until done. Allow to cool and peel off the skin.

Rinse the seafood. Drain well and chop coarsely.

Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and fry the onion in low light brown for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger and fruit. Stir in the chopped seafood and cook for another minute.

Grate the potato coarsely and mix with the contents of the pan, egg and coriander into a sticky mixture. Season with salt and chili pepper.

Form cookies by hand or two spoons and roll them through the flour.

Heat the rest of the oil and gently insert the cookies. Fry them until light brown and crispy. Keep them warm in the oven or above a pan of boiling water.

Scoop the dressing through the salad and spread over 4 plates. Put a few warm seafood biscuits on each salad.
