Directions

  1. First cut the celery in length and strips and then into cubes.
  2. Cut the drained pineapple into pieces (keep the juice). Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.
  3. Stir in the mango chutney, the mayonnaise, the curry, a dash of pineapple juice and a little salt and pepper in a bowl.
