Salad with smoked chicken and pineapple

First cut the celery in length and strips and then into cubes.

Cut the drained pineapple into pieces (keep the juice). Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.

Stir in the mango chutney, the mayonnaise, the curry, a dash of pineapple juice and a little salt and pepper in a bowl.

Spoon the chicken breast, the celery, the pineapple and the nuts. Put covered in the refrigerator.

Let the salad come to room temperature in time. Scoop again and taste if there is salt and / or pepper.
