Tortilla horns with spicy mince


Tortillas with minced meat, taco herbs, cinnamon, beef tomatoes, avocado and coriander.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the minced meat.
  2. Add the taco herbs and cinnamon during baking. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the tomato into pieces, stir in the minced meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut them in half.
  5. Turn each half tortilla into a cone and put it in a shot glass.
  6. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut the avocado halves each into 8 slices.
  7. Cut the coriander twigs into pieces.
  8. Spoon the mince into the horns, add 2 slices of avocado and garnish with a sprig of coriander. Serve immediately.
