Boil the egg almost hard in 8 minutes.

Cut the cap from the bun and grill both halves under the grill or in the toaster.

Cut the tomato into thick slices.

Stir the mustard through the mayonnaise.

Spread the bread halves with half of the mustard mayonnaise.

Heat a knob of butter in the frying pan and fry the slices of tomato briefly on both sides on high heat until they start to color.

Place them on the bottom half of the roll and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry the salmon pieces in the remaining butter and sprinkle with some pepper.
-
Spoon the salmon over the tomato.
-
Place the halved boiled egg on top and divide the remaining mayonnaise.

Cover with the bread cap.
