Salmon snacks with sticky mango chutney
- 6 sheet filo pastry
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 salmon fillet
- 2 spring / forest onion
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lime
- 1 onion for the chutney
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Cut the filo pastry sheets in four and brush them with butter.
Always carefully press 2 sheets of filo pastry into the muffin trays. Grind the salmon with the spring onion, lime zest, juice and soy sauce finely in the food processor.
Divide the salmon mixture over the filo boxes and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until crispy.
Serve the salmon snacks with the sticky mango chutney and garnish with wafer-thin lime slices.
