Salmon snacks with vanilla cream
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, vanilla bean, fresh cream cheese, natural, mayonnaise, salmon and trout caviar.

Halve the vanilla pod in the length and scrape out the marrow with a sharp knife.

Stir in the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and the vanilla juice.

Cut the slices of salmon each in four, so that 24 slices are formed.

Place 6 salmon squares on a serving dish, cover with one third of the vanilla cream and cover with the next 6 slices.

Make two more layers in the same way and cover with the last 6 slices of salmon.

Lightly press the salmon test fours and smooth the sides with a knife.

Garnish with trout caviar..
