Green beans with hummus dip

A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: green beans (cleaned), sesame seeds, houmous (chickpea puree and 200 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the green beans in 5-6 minutes until al dente.
  2. After cooking, rinse immediately under cold water, so that the cooking process stops and the beans stay nice and green.
  3. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown in 1-2 minutes and allow to cool.
  4. Stir in the houmous with a tablespoon of hot water, so that it becomes slightly more fluid.
  5. Serve the beans on a plate or, if you want something special, upright in a glass.
  6. Dip the beans in the houmous and then in the sesame seeds..
