Green beans with hummus dip
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: green beans (cleaned), sesame seeds, houmous (chickpea puree and 200 g).

Cook the green beans in 5-6 minutes until al dente.

After cooking, rinse immediately under cold water, so that the cooking process stops and the beans stay nice and green.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown in 1-2 minutes and allow to cool.

Stir in the houmous with a tablespoon of hot water, so that it becomes slightly more fluid.

Serve the beans on a plate or, if you want something special, upright in a glass.

Dip the beans in the houmous and then in the sesame seeds..
