Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Heat the butter in a wok or frying pan and fry stir-fry vegetables and tarragon for about 9 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Cut the chives finely and the salmon into strips.
  4. Melt the rest of the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir smooth with a whisk.

  8. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  9. Meanwhile, heat 2 frying pans with the oil and fry the Röstisterren in 15 min. Until golden brown and crunchy. Turn halfway.
  10. Garnish the oven dish with the rest of the chives and serve together with the röstisterren.
