Salmon with augurkmayo
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (floury, scrubbed), string beans, butter, wild salmon fillet ((bag 750 g), thawed), flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), pickles (stick (a 510 g) ), into pieces) and mayonnaise.

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into quarters and boil them in water for 20 minutes in salted water.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water with salt to the boil. Remove the stalk and the tip of the string beans and cut the beans into pieces. Cook in 8 min. Until al dente and drain. Stir in half of the butter.

Heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until tender and brown. Turn halfway. Meanwhile, mix the parsley and gherkin with the mayonnaise. Divide the potatoes and the string beans over 4 plates. Put a piece of salmon on each plate and put the augur mayonnaise on it.
