Cut the grilled peppers into strips and the smoked chicken fillet in slanted slices. Slice the parsley.

Spread the slices of casino bread with mayonnaise and top half with the peppers, lay the chicken on top and sprinkle with the flat parsley.

Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper. Place the other slices smeared with mayonnaise and cut them diagonally in half.
