Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 2 cm thick. Cut out circles or cut into equal squares.

Place the scones on the baking tray and brush them with milk. Bake the scones in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve warm with the cream cheese.
