Mix the olive oil with the garlic and brush the portobello with it.

Heat a grill pan on a high stand and grill the portobello's around 10 minutes until soft and grill stripes appear.

Grill the hamburger buns too until grill stripes appear. Brush the buns with the hummus and top with the lamb's lettuce, a portobello and some grilled peppers.
