Directions

  1. Cover the sandwiches with a slice of cheese and a few slices of avocado on top.
  2. Spoon the mango chutney (or apricot jam) and a few slices of tomato.
  3. Cover with another slice of old cheese and 4 other slices of bread.
  4. Brush the outside of the bread lightly with some butter and brown them in the grill pan or contact grill on both sides.
