Directions

  1. Brush the slices of bread generously with hummus and cut the pointed pepper into wafer-thin rings. Also cut the spring onion into thin rings and finely chop the leaf parsley. Divide the peppers, spring onion and parsley over 2 slices. Drip some olive oil over it and place the other slices down on the hummus side.
  2. Spread the sandwiches thinly on the outside with olive oil. Bake the sandwiches in the appliance in 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
