Directions

  1. Cut the bushes into pieces of 3 cm wide and detach the leaves. Peel the oranges thick and cut the segments between the membranes. Collect the juice from the oranges.
  2. In a bowl, beat the vinegar with 2 tablespoons of orange juice, oil, mustard, some salt and freshly ground pepper to make a dressing. Scoop the pieces of chicory with rocket and orange slices lightly through the dressing.
  3. Divide the mackerel fillet into pieces. Spoon the salad into deep plates and put the pieces of mackerel on it. Nice with brown balls.
