Hurray, the year-old treats saté of dried fruit! Not too sweet, but tasty.

Grind the apricots, mango, almonds and coconut oil in the food processor. Make balls of the size of a small walnut.

Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin. Grind the lemon zest, the stoned dates, figs, hazelnuts and the rest of the coconut oil in the food processor.

Make balls of the size of a small walnut. Halve the rest of the dates and the rest of the figs.

Put the sesame seeds and coconut each in a deep plate. Roll the apricot balls through the coconut and the dandelions through the sesame.

Place 3 balls each on a stick, alternating with a piece of apricot, mango, date or fig. Make about 15 skewers.
