Sauerkraut Dish With Chicken
Dish from the oven with sauerkraut, chicken turkey mince, mandarin slices and potato slices.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Mix the whipped cream with the eggs and the cheese.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the mince and bake brown and thin in 4 minutes.

Mix in the drained sauerkraut, mandarin, curry powder and pepper.

Divide half of the potato slices over the bottom of the greased oven dish.

Divide half of the cream-egg cheese mixture over it. Spoon the sauerkraut and cover with the rest of the potato slices.

Pour over the rest of the cream mixture. Fry the sauerkraut dish in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown and done.
