Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the puff pastry thaw.

Divide the broccoli into florets and cut the stem into pieces. Boil the broccoli in 5 minutes until al dente and drain well.

Line the cake pan with puff pastry and poke the bottom with a fork.

Divide the broccoli and ham cubes over the bottom.
