Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Fry the bacon strips in a frying pan over medium heat in 5 min. Until crispy.

Cut the bottom of the chicory and halve the stalks lengthwise. Remove the hard core.

Peel the pears and cut into quarters. Remove the clock houses and cut the quarters into thin sections.

Divide the bacon and only the leaves of the thyme over the chicory and the pear and spread the cheese over it.
