Scalloped fennel
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fennel tubers, salt, Parmesan cheese (piece), butter, freshly ground pepper, whipped cream and dry white wine.

To clean the fennel tubers, wash them and cut them in quarters.

Keep fennel green apart.

Boil fennel in plenty of water with salt for about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4.

Grate cheese.

Drain the fennel well.

Grease low baking dish with butter.
