Strawberry skewers with figs and crispy parma ham

Directions

Spoon the strawberries with the balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of oil.

Cut the figs into quarters and drizzle them with sherry or port.

Fry the parma ham in a frying pan in a tablespoon of oil until crispy.

Drain on kitchen paper and break into pieces.

Stick the pieces of ham with the strawberries, figs and basil leaves on the satéprikkers.

Put them on a dish and add some pepper.
