Scandinavian rye bread rolls with salmon and avocado

Spread each slice of rye bread with a layer of butter. Divide the salmon.

Halve the avocados, remove the seeds and cut the flesh lengthwise in slices. Cover each slice of bread with avocado and slices of radish.

Finish with some salt, pepper, alfalfa, dill and possibly a nice edible flower.
