Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Cover 4 slices of bread with the chocolate and top the other 4 slices with the marshmallows.

Roast the rolls on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes in the oven until the chocolate and marshmallows have melted. In the meantime, heat the milk with the butter and biscuit crumbs until the butter has melted.

Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes and then stir in the cream cheese. Always put a sandwich with chocolate on a sandwich with marshmallows and press.

Sprinkle the dip with extra cookie crumbs and serve this cookie dip with the hot sandwiches.
