Spinach salad with gorgonzola
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: garlic, gorgonzola, white wine vinegar, walnut oil, (olive) oil, salt, (freshly ground) black pepper, ready-to-cook spinach (300 g) and walnuts (à 45 g).
