Schnitzel roll with salad of haricots verts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sun-dried tomatoes (on oil), oven fries (1 kg), pork schnitzel (a la minute (about 370 g)), olive oil, haricots verts (150 g), onion (in thin half rings ), tomatoes (diced) and cabbage lettuce (coarsely torn).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Let the tomatoes drain on kitchen paper. Fry the French fries in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Place a sundried tomato on each pork prawn, roll the schnitzel and fasten with a cocktail stick. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the schnitzel rolls in 3-4 min. Brown. Add a dash of water and fry the rolls with the lid diagonally on the pan for another 6-8 minutes until done.

Remove the stem set and the tip of the haricots verts. Cook the haricots verts in a little water with salt in 3-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under running water. Mix the haricots verts, the onion and the tomato cubes in a bowl. Add the cabbage lettuce, the rest of the oil and pepper and salt to taste.
