A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breasts (plate approx. 400 g), grilled peppers (320 ml), liquid margarine, potatoes and Provencal stir-fry mix (400 g).

Directions

  1. Halve chicken fillets.
  2. Remove 4 pieces of grilled peppers.
  3. To wrap each piece of chicken fillet of grilled paprika, secure with cocktail stick.
  4. Cut the rest of peppers into strips.
  5. Heat 3 margarine in frying pan and chicken breasts in 3 min.
  6. Around brown bowls.
  7. On low heat in approx.
  8. 10 min.
  9. Occasionally return.
  10. Heat in wok rest of margarine.
  11. Krieltjes 8 min stir-fry.
  12. Add stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
  13. Stir in the rest of the peppers.
  14. Stir fry pan with chicken breasts..
