Semi-frozen cream with fresh fruit sauce

Beat the cream well with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Divide this over 4 plastic cups or trays and put covered in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Cut some slices of the mango for the garnish. Cut the rest of the mango into pieces and puree with the lime juice.

Dip the cups in hot water and then pour the cream onto plates. Spoon the sauce over it.

Garnish with the mango slices and possibly a raspberry and mint leaf.
