Directions

  1. Well the apricots in the orange juice. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat half of the oil and stir-fry the leek. Put the ras el hanout through.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the shawarma in 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Mix the couscous with the apricots through the leek.
