Stew with bok choy and smoked cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (crumbly), pak choi, garlic, onion, carrots, butter or margarine, smoked cheese and milk.

Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces, wash and boil for 15 minutes.

Clean paksoi and cut into strips.

Garlic and onion peel and chop.

Remove roots and cut into slices.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Season the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes.

Carrot for approx.
-
3 minutes.
-
Cut cheese into cubes.
-
Heat milk in pan or microwave.
-
Drain potatoes and mash them with hot milk to a smooth puree.
-
Mix in carrot mixture, cheese and pak choi.
-
Burning stew through and through to cheese begins to melt..
