Shoarma balls
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, flat parsley (a 20 g), ground beef (extra lean), egg (beaten), shoarma herbs (60 g), garlic (chopped), olive oil and red pepper (in thin strips).

Slice the parsley. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the egg, the shawarma herbs, the garlic, the parsley and pepper to taste. Knead well. Divide the mince into 16 portions and form balls with moist hands.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shawarma balls over medium heat in 4 min. Brown. Add the pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Turn down the heat and fry the balls for about 6 minutes until done. Times regularly. Tasty in a shawarma sandwich with lettuce and garlic sauce.
