Green Beans with Garlic
Green beans with garlic and thyme.
Clean the lemon, grate the skin thinly from the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
Cut the garlic into slices. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic and thyme for 1 min.
Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Add the green beans with the water and some salt.
Smother covered in 12 min. Gently cooked. Season with the lemon zest, lemon juice and pepper.
