Directions

  1. Peel the parsnips and grate them into spaghetti in the food processor.
  2. Mix to taste with pepper from the grinder and with only the leaves of the fresh thyme. Beat the egg white briefly and pour through it, mix everything well.
  3. Heat a layer of oil in a frying pan. Deep fry parsnips on both sides briefly and then sprinkle with some sea salt.
