Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut each potato into one side, with a few millimeters of space each time. Do not cut through completely.

Put a few slices of cheese into the cut potatoes.

Melt the butter in the microwave in a few seconds and stir in the truffle oil. Season with (freshly ground) pepper and possibly salt.

Spread each potato with the oil mixture (also between the slices) and place in a greased oven dish. Cook in the oven for 1 hour.
