Italian paksois salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: giant beans (425 g), bok choy, sweet pointed peppers (2 pieces), green olives (with garlic (pot 240 g), drained), olive oil, dried oregano and lemon (squeezed).

Rinse the beans in a sieve with cold water. Drain.

Cut the green of the bok choy coarse and the white into thin strips. Remove the stalk and the seed lists of the peppers. Cut the peppers into thin rings.

Halve the olives. Mix the beans, the bok choy and the peppers in a bowl with the oil and the oregano, season with lemon juice and garnish with the olives.
