Shrimp-lime cocktail
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, limes (cleaned), red pepper (seed strips removed), mayonnaise, fresh coriander (chopped), Thai fish sauce, avocado, cabbage lettuce and cocktail shrimp (a 125 g).

Grate the green skin of 1 lime and squeeze out the fruit. Cut the red pepper into thin strips. Mix the mayonnaise with the pepper, coriander and fish sauce. Add the lime zest and 1 tbsp lime juice.

Peel the avocado and remove the kernel. Cut the flesh into thin slices in width. Remove the heart from the head of lettuce, remove the leaves and wash them carefully. Spread over 4 whiskey glasses first the lettuce leaves, then the avocado and then the shrimp. Serve with the mayonnaise. Cut the second lime into wedges and garnish the cocktails with it.
