Shrimp with grapefruit
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, shrimp (freshwater (500 g, frozen), thawed), oil, grapefruits, lime, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, fresh parsley (flattened (15 g) and finely chopped).

Dab the shrimp thoroughly dry with kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the prawns in 3 portions, stirring in 4-5 minutes pink and cooked.

Let them cool on kitchen paper and peel them.

Cut the top and bottom of the grapefruits and put the fruits upright on the work surface.

Use a sharp knife to cut the peel thickly down to the flesh and then cut the parts between the membranes.

Squeeze out half the lime and stir the juice with the mayonnaise and cayenne pepper into a sauce, season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Cut the other half of the lime into wedges.

Spoon the fried shrimp with the grapefruit and three quarters of the parsley.

Divide this over 4 plates.

Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley and add a wedge of lime.

Serve with a small bowl of lime mayonnaise..
